About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to support ongoing data entry and quality assurance work within our internal systems. The role involves reviewing automatically collected information, checking it against its original source, and ensuring each record is complete, accurate, and consistent.
You’ll verify key details, correct any errors, and provide brief notes where needed so our internal team can maintain high data quality standards. The work is structured, methodical, and ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy-driven tasks and independent, flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate records in our internal system
- Compare information against original online sources
- Ensure key details are accurate and up to date
- Update or correct entries where needed
- Flag any issues or unclear items for review
- Record brief notes where relevant
- Maintain consistent accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Strong written English for clear notes and communication
- Confident navigating online sources and verifying information
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and online tools
- Highly organised and self-directed
- Previous experience in data entry, data verification, content QA, or research is strongly preferred but not required
Compensation & Workload
- Pay: Generous, available upon request
- Time Commitment: Flexible week-by-week but ideally 20-40 hours/week, with confirmation given at the start of the week of how much time you are available to work
- Fully remote, flexible hours
- Routine quality control checks from our internal team
