Your Mission

At Grantify, we deliver exceptional consultancy services through our Platinum Service, supporting clients to craft winning applications for funding opportunities in the U.S. and UK. This role focuses on working with our U.S. Platinum workstream, helping innovative tech businesses secure competitive government grants. You will collaborate with CEOs, CTOs, and technical experts to create high-quality applications that transform the trajectory of businesses and drive real-world innovation.

Responsibilities

✨ Grant Writing and Development

• Develop clear, compelling, and persuasive grant proposals tailored to U.S. government funding requirements.
• Translate complex technical ideas into accessible and concise narratives that resonate with reviewers.
• Conduct efficient research to understand new subject areas and integrate findings into applications.

🤝 Client Communication and Collaboration

• Build strong professional relationships with applicants, gathering information and guiding them through the application process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, brainstorm strategies, and refine applications for maximum impact.

🌐 Quality Assurance

• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure grant applications meet high standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on peer and colleague submissions, enhancing the overall quality of Grantify’s output.

🔍 Research and Market Intelligence

• Identify new U.S. funding opportunities, keeping up-to-date with federal funding agencies and broader grant landscapes.
• Expand Grantify’s knowledge base by contributing insights and learnings drawn from each project.

📝 Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of grant applications, outcomes, and client feedback to improve processes and success rates.
• Track grant success metrics and recommend enhancements to maintain competitive positioning.

Who You Are

You are a skilled, self-motivated Grant Writer or technical communicator who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You thrive on learning new concepts, are eager to master technical topics and have a passion for delivering excellent client service.

You’re someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting deadlines while maintaining focus and enthusiasm. A background in grant writing or related fields such as R&D Tax Credits, bid/tender writing, or technical authoring will set you apart.

Your Background

• Essential: Impeccable command of English (verbal and written).
• Essential: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Highly Desirable: Grant writing experience, particularly with U.S. federal funding agencies (e.g., NSF, NIH, DoD).
• Desirable: Experience in R&D Tax Credits, technical report writing, or bid/tender writing.
• Bonus: Background in biomedical, medical sciences, or STEM fields (e.g., technical degrees or training).
• Bonus: Experience working in universities, manufacturing, or R&D-intensive industries.
• Interest in learning new technologies and concepts to support cutting-edge innovations.
• Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with tools like Basecamp, Monday.com, or Trello (desirable).

Eastern Time (ET): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Central Time (CT): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Mountain Time (MT): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pacific Time (PT): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
