We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients. Acting as the bridge between the sales team and our consultants, you’ll manage the client journey from onboarding to project completion, maintaining high retention and engagement throughout the process.
In this data-driven role, you’ll organise client information, transform data into meaningful insights, and set clear, transparent expectations for both clients and internal teams. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and their needs are met efficiently.
Your mission
To oversee the client journey from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the client base to create sustainable client management strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and grievances, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Manage relationships post-sale and R&D submission to foster long-term partnerships.

Your Background
- Proven experience in account management.
- Strong organisational skills and experience working in a data-driven environment.

- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and juggling competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to deliver results for clients.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with R&D Tax Credits is a huge bonus, but we will consider applicants who don’t have direct R&D Tax Credit experience.
Note: This position is UK-based, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
