We are seeking a Product Assistant to join our fast-growing team. You will work closely with the product manager to support the entire product lifecycle, from development to market research and customer feedback management. Your Mission

As the Product Assistant, your role is to support the product manager by overseeing processes, managing documentation, conducting market research, improving existing features, recommending platform improvements, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. You will help solve incoming support tickets, assist with testing new product features, and track key performance metrics to help drive the success of our product offerings.

Your Background

• 1-2 years of experience in a support, coordination, or assistant role, ideally within a product or technical team.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with experience managing documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Experience conducting market research and providing insights to inform product development.
• Familiarity with ticket-solving processes, with the ability to investigate issues and resolve or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
• Experience with product tools like Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms to manage tasks and track progress.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment between stakeholders and the product team.
• A flexible, adaptable approach to changes in product strategy or responsibilities.
